Annie S. Arredondo

Annie S. Arredondo, born on July 6, 1951, in Austin, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 24, 2026, at her home in Burleson, Texas.

Annie is best described as a caring, loving, and selfless woman, who could also be quite the firecracker. She brought warmth and energy to the lives of those around her, and her presence left a lasting impact on family and friends alike.

She loved reading, playing golf, visiting casinos, traveling, and spending time at the beach. Above all, she treasured quality time with her grandchildren. Her proudest accomplishment was being a mother and grandmother, roles she held close to her heart and fulfilled with deep love.

She is survived by her three children: daughter Joanna Lewis, son Joe-Gilbert Arredondo, and daughter Amanda Zuniga (husband Martin). She also leaves behind her adored grandchildren: Gabriel, McKayla, Kody, Tenny, Victoria, Isabella, Joe Michael, and Jacob; and one great-grandchild, Josiah.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe Arredondo; her father, Antonio Sanchez; and her mother, Lucille Sanchez. Their memories remained an enduring part of her life, and now she rests in peace with those who went before her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on August 28, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Blessing Funeral & Cremations, 401 Elm St, Mansfield, Texas 76063. A Celebration of Life will also be held there on August 28, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Annie’s life was marked by love, devotion, and a generous heart. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
