Billie was born in Fort Worth, Texas on October 24, 1954, the daughter of William Frank Brumley and Edna Wanda Bing Brumley. She married Rickey Gerald Bennett on September 15, 1979 in Roanoke, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Rick Bennett of Mansfield; children, Henry Williams of Keller, Carrie Kwilos of Rendon and Richard Bennett of Keller; grandchildren, Colin Kwilos of Rendon and Keira Rose Woods of Rendon; sisters, Julie Arnold and Nancy Franklin; brother, Lowell Brumley; and countless friends!
