Bobby Wayne Bowlin

Bobby Wayne Bowlin, 84, of Kennedale, TX departed this life on October 12, 2026. Bobby was born on February 13, 1942 to Leonard and Cecile Bowlin. He grew up on the family farm in Webb, TX, where he developed his love of animals and farming.

Bobby was a resident of Kennedale, TX for over 65 years. He enjoyed being an involved member of the Kennedale community. He was also a preacher involved in several Baptist churches throughout the Kennedale area. He was known for his amazing cooking. He never met a stranger, and was loved by everyone.

Bobby was a proud life-long farmer, in addition to his 34-year career in grocery management.

Bobby will be greatly missed by his community, friends and family members. Bobby is survived by his son Darrell Bowlin (Kori); his grandchildren Robin Bowlin and Rusty Bowlin; his dear friend and caregiver JP Aaron; and cousins Regina Kirchner (Wayne), Ellen Broussand, Jimmy Harwell, and Harold Harwell (Teri).
