MCKEE, KY -- Charles DeWayne (Chuck) Folmar, Sr. passed away Nov. 5, 2015
Celebration of Life: 2 to 4 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 19 at First Baptist Church, Kennedale.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ray Folmar and by brother, Jimmy Ray Folmar.
Survivors: Children, Heather Folmar, DeWayne Folmar, Jr. and wife, Darla and Jeremy Folmar; mother, Zola Mae Ward Folmar; sister, Donna Marie Folmar Sees; brother, Darrell Lynn Folmar, Sr.; grandchildren, Matthew Collins, Paige, Dakota, Dylan, Jared, and Zachary Folmar, Lexus Sweet; and special friend, Lana Tirey.
