Horace Chaney, 83, went home to be with the Lord and his wife of 50 years on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
Horace was born in Plainview, Texas on July 15, 1930, the son of Floyd Everett Chaney and Johnnie Lee Green Chaney. He married Norma Lee Chaney on September 23, 1950 in Plainview. Mr. Chaney was the owner of the Mansfield Auto Supply for 26 years.
Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Lee, and a son, Daniel Everett Chaney.
Survivors include his son, James Earl; daughter, Debbie Lynette Farrar; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
