Jackie was a beloved wife to her husband Rory James and a cherished mother to her daughter Janea Franco. Together, they formed a close-knit family filled with love and mutual respect. Her commitment to family was a hallmark of her life, providing a foundation of strength and support.
Professionally, Jackie devoted many years to Carter Blood Care, where she was recognized as a longtime, dedicated worker. Her efforts in this vital organization reflected her compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to helping others. Through her work, she contributed to saving countless lives and promoted the spirit of giving and care.
The community will remember Jackie for her kindness, her steadfast dedication, and her warm smile that greeted everyone she met. Her legacy will continue through her family and the many lives she touched during her career and personal journey.
Services to honor Jackie’s life will be held at Blessing Funeral & Cremations, located at 401 Elm St, Mansfield, Texas. A visitation will take place on May 1, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On May 2, 2026, the funeral service will be held at Blessing Funeral & Cremations, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Following the funeral service, burial will occur at Acton Cemetery, 3628 Fall Creek Hwy, Granbury, Texas, starting at 2:00 p.m.
Jackie Ray James’ life was one of purpose, love, and contribution. She will be deeply missed by her husband Rory James, her daughter Janea Franco, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
