Alvarado, Texas

Michael Roy Brown, age 71, passed away on April 19, 2026. Born on March 26, 1955, in Fort Worth, Texas, Michael was raised in Rendon, Texas, surrounded by close-knit family and community values instilled by his parents, Roy Brown and Vivian Hall Brown.

A man of determination and resilience, Michael worked tirelessly throughout his life. Though he did not pursue formal higher education, earning his GED marked the foundation of a remarkable career. For 46 years, he was the proud owner of Mike Brown Services, where his commitment and work ethic were unparalleled. Work was more than a vocation for Michael—it was his passion, a true hobby that reflected his devotion and dedication.

Michael’s greatest joy and motivation came from his family. Everything he undertook was with the singular purpose of helping and benefiting those he loved most. His strength, diligence, and character made him a beacon for those around him—a role model admired by all who knew him.

He was first and foremost an amazing father to his three children: Dana Feddersen, Brian Brown, and Adam Brown. Michael’s love extended beyond his immediate family to include his siblings, Ronnie Brown and Leigh Allen, who remember him fondly. His legacy continues through his grandchildren—Kaylynn Brown, Elliot Winchester, Sarah Feddersen, Rose Brown, Addyson Brown, Adam Brown Jr., and Levi Brown—and his great-grandchildren: Kaden, Kyzer, Ryder, Everest, and Rory.

While Michael was divorced, his family remained the center of his universe. He is remembered as a strong and resilient man, one of the hardest working people anyone could meet. Above all, he was a great man and an exceptional father, whose life and example left a lasting impression on everyone blessed to know him.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Vivian Brown. His memory lives on through his surviving family and the many lives he touched during his extraordinary journey.
