Netanya Ronae White

June 23, 1992 — February 28, 2024

Netanya (Jewish for God's Gift) Ronae White was born on June 23, 1992, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Ronald White and Martha L White. She was the only child born to Ronald and Martha.

Netanya recognized that being a minister's child was a special calling on her life, and she gave her life to live for God up to her death. All that knew her mostly from nicknames of Ronae, Renee, Neenee, Nia. Netanya's Godparents were Sis Brenda Muex and Elder Ernest Muex of which they did visit her and family, and took delight in her, before her dad died. Netanya never married nor had any children, but she loved her family and extended families very much. She enjoyed spending time with them when she could, or special holidays or events happened.

Netanya faced health obstacles in her life but did not let that stop her from achieving employment, and for helping those that needed her help. Netanya knew her way around computers and program languages, helping her to attain employment at many good companies like Bausch & Lomb, Apple, and UPS. She was a well-mannered, respectful, strong and very independent young woman. She loved to laugh and to make others laugh, and believed in doing things her way, which always worked best. Being an only child often grew lonely for Netanya, she was sad many times over that and for the health obstacles that took away her enjoyment of life; that others had or could do like visit with family and friends. At age 16, her dad died in 2008, she died 16 years later after lengthy illness and epilepsy complications, which started at age 10.
Netanya's spirit was uplifting, very loving, and her presence will be incredibly missed by her family. Her favorite bible verse was the Psalms 23, which her mom and dad recited with her when praying with her before she went to bed. She always believed at a young age to give God the praise of which she did at home and at church.
