Richard Peter Byron, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. Born on August 28, 1941, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Richard was the beloved son of Charles and Dorothy Byron, who predeceased him.

He dedicated 40 years to his career in automotive sales at Precision Trim, where he became known for his unwavering commitment to his customers and strong work ethic. Richard's character shone not just in his professional life but also in his personal endeavors. A true family man, he married the love of his life, Ellen, in 1988, beginning a shared journey filled with love and companionship.

Those who knew Richard were often greeted by his infectious sense of humor, always sharing corny jokes that brought joy and laughter to those around him. His love for his family was evident, and he cherished the time spent with his daughters, Cindy Smith and her husband Kevin, and Rebecca Black and her husband Jason. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren and a devoted great-grandfather to 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom will remember him fondly.
