Blake Arthur, ; great grandchildren Lexie and Lillyana Arthur, Noah Arthur, Kiara, Holly and Jakub Ustanik, Kayden Fisher, Riley, Roman, Ashton, Alliana Arthur, Sutton Bell and Adam Gamboa; brother John Arthur and sisters Edith Jolly and Judy Childs.
