Virginia Riddle

Virginia Dale Riddle, affectionately known as Jenny, passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 78. Born in Vernon, TX, to Gordon Dale Moore and Betty Ruth Chenault, she was raised in Lubbock and Levelland. A 1966 graduate of Monterrey High School, she attended Texas Tech University from 1967 to 1971.

On September 16, 1966, Jenny married her devoted husband, Kenneth Dwayne Riddle. Together they shared 59 years of marriage, serving as a true example of devotion to all who knew them. Jenny was a professional bookkeeper and controller for various organizations, including Century 21 and the Boy Scouts of America, before co-operating T-Screen-printing with Ken from 1998 to 2008.

The silent rock of her family, Jenny was known for her immense strength and sweet nature. A survivor who defeated colon cancer in 2013, she always put the needs of others before her own. She took great pride in her children, Robyn Koonce, Kimberly Bickford, and Brett Riddle, and her seven grandchildren. She will be remembered for her unconditional love, her unmatched cooking, her beautiful handwriting, and her fondness for puzzles and word searches.

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Ruth and Gordon. She is survived by her husband, Ken; her children and grandchildren; and her sisters, Lisa Moore Brandel and Amy Ruth Pauley.
