Wanda graduated from Arlington High School in 1957, setting the foundation for a vibrant life filled with love and laughter. She had a passion for cooking, often preparing meals for family gatherings, where her love could be tasted in every dish. Wanda enjoyed playing dominoes and bingo, sharing endless moments of joy with family and friends. She was an avid fan of sports and was known to cozy up in front of the television, frequently choosing the Hallmark Channel, which mirrored her appreciation for heartfelt stories and warmth.
Above all, Wanda treasured the company of her family and friends. She was especially proud of her five beautiful great-granddaughters, who brought an extra sparkle to her life. Her family and friends will always remember her as a dedicated single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for her two sons while never forgetting to keep her hair and nails looking beautiful.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, John Farr and Thelma Virginia Carolina Wooten, and her aunts and uncles: Austin Farr, Granville Farr, Troy Farr, Louise Farr, Gracie Wooten, Eunice Wooten, C.F. Wooten, and Charles Wooten.
She is survived by her two sons, Johnnie (wife Peggy) Cobb and Ronnie Cobb. Grandchildren, Conrad (wife Sharee) Cobb, Casey (husband Michael) and Colby Cobb and five great-granddaughters, Charley, Emmie, Ellie, Addison and Ruby. Along with a host of relatives and friends who will continue to carry her spirit in their hearts. Aunts Edith Farr, Louise Mitchell and cousin Patsy Mitchell.
