Zelda Mae (South) Coker, 89 of Mansfield Texas, passed away on August 28, 2022. Zelda was born to Minnie Mae Busick and Mimmie Leon South on December 14, 1932 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She worked as a tour guide for Imperial Sugar Company in Sugar Land, Texas.

Zelda was a woman of unwavering faith. Her family meant everything to her. She enjoyed travelling with her husband, Bill and was always fun to be around and could strike up conversation with anyone, as she always had a story to tell.

Zelda is preceded in death by her husband, William Arthur Coker Jr., her son William Leon, her parents, Minnie Mae South and Mimmie Leon South, her brothers Lee Bennett and Billy Glenn and sister Audrey Jene (Smith) South.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Jeffrey Paul Coker and wife, Jody; grandchildren, Emily, William, Cassie, and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Judah Zane, Selah Joy Schotanus, and Scarlett Marie Sidoti; sister, Comalene Zelsman and her daughters Kelly Cherry and Keri Kurtz.
